How far in advance should I place my order?
We only do a certain number of orders to ensure quality of product and design. Please order at least 2 weeks + in advance for specialty orders. 1-2 weeks for regular orders. Weddings should book months in advance. But, call or email, because if we are free we'd love to make something for you!

How do I travel with my Coco Cake cupcakes?
Coco Cake cupcakes should lie flat in the trunk of your car, avoid stacking of boxes (in summer- use air conditioning!). Drive carefully with those pretty little treats!

Can I save my cupcakes for later?
Coco Cake cupcakes are best eaten fresh the day you receive them. But if you must, you can place cupcakes in an airtight container (or wrap box tightly in plastic wrap) and leave at room temperature for a day or two.
